The Executive Management Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily administrative operations of a restaurant group. This position is designed for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who can manage office tasks, organize invoices, and assist the culinary team and ownership in maintaining efficient company procedures.

  • Support the culinary team and ownership with office management
  • Assist in the organization of company procedures
  • Handle daily administrative operations of the company

Requirements

  • Excellent phone skills
  • Prior customer service and administrative experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Computer proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Access and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Some experience in accounting (AP) preferred but not mandatory
