About the position

ZeroFox is seeking a motivated Executive Operations Coordinator to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for employees, investors, board members, customers, and guests. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-through on various issues. In this position, you will assist in coordinating and planning both large company-wide events and smaller executive leadership team-specific gatherings. Your responsibilities will include executing the logistical aspects of company events, offsites, and meetings, while also establishing and refining procedures around the Office of the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. You will be expected to perform various tasks and special projects as team needs evolve, including running errands that may require the use of an on-demand vehicle. Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for employees, investors, board members, customers, and guests in coordination with the Chief of Staff.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with the Chief of Staff, ensuring timely follow-through on issues.
  • Coordinate and plan large company-wide and small executive leadership team-specific special events.
  • Assist executive operations teams with the logistical aspects of company events, offsites, and meetings.
  • Establish, implement, refine, and execute procedures around the Office of the CEO and Executive Leadership Team in collaboration with the Chief of Staff.
  • Perform multiple tasks and special projects to meet changing team needs as assigned.
  • Run errands that require the use of an on-demand vehicle.
