You will also assist in the reconciliation of purchase orders and ensure that all paperwork is accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Daily meetings with the Parts Director will be a key part of your routine, allowing for the review of tasks and the setting of goals. Additionally, you will handle correspondence, including checking mailboxes, distributing contents, and managing email communications. Your role will also include collecting time sheet signatures and any other responsibilities assigned by the Parts Director, making adaptability and attention to detail essential traits for success in this position.
