The ideal candidate must have experience supporting a C-level executive in a corporate setting with extensive personal assistant and estate management support. The responsibilities of the Executive Personal Assistant/Estate Manager include scheduling and coordinating the principals' calendar, managing calls and meetings, and ensuring the smooth flow of necessary information with the business Executive Assistant. The role also involves arranging personal global and domestic travel in collaboration with travel agents and the aviation team, as well as scheduling and confirming personal appointments and reservations for the family. Additionally, the candidate will oversee the large estate, managing outside vendors and contractors, and coordinating construction projects with project managers and designers for a second home. The position requires the candidate to provide access to the estate for vendors and monitor the progress of repairs. The Executive Personal Assistant will also be responsible for hiring and managing household staff, assisting with basic household chores and errands until a full-time housekeeper or driver can be hired.
