About the position

The Executive Personal Assistant will support the Family Office team in Greenwich, CT, by managing both executive-level responsibilities and personal tasks. This role is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare necessary materials.
  • Screen and prioritize communications.
  • Draft and edit correspondence and documents.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with special projects, conduct research, and prepare reports.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing financial documents and reports, and coordinate data collection.
  • Manage personal calendar, including appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with family-related activities and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of similar experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $85K to $110K per year
