About the position

Our client is searching for a Personal Assistant in The Greater Miami Area. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive professional, personal, and administrative/project support to the CEO. This role is crucial in ensuring that the CEO's personal and professional life runs smoothly, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities. The Personal Assistant will manage a variety of tasks that require a high level of organization, discretion, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing personal and household finances, handling household management tasks, and supporting family needs. This includes hiring and overseeing household vendors, coordinating travel arrangements, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for planning and coordinating both corporate and personal events, performing personal errands, making reservations, and procuring gifts. The role also involves providing regular updates on task progress and supporting ad hoc projects as needed. This position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate the needs of the CEO and act accordingly. The Personal Assistant will need to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while managing a diverse range of responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Must be local or willing to relocate to the area
  • MUST speak Spanish
