About the position

The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to a busy CEO, ensuring that both personal and professional aspects of the executive's life are meticulously organized. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently, bridging the gap between home and office responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Arrange complex international travel
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and relevant teams
  • Assist with personal and family-related matters, including event planning and dining reservations
  • Oversee household staff and vendor management

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in an administrative role supporting an Executive
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, extremely demanding environment
  • Accustomed to a 24/7 mentality
  • Strong attention to presentation and detail
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
