About the position

The Personal Assistant for an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNW) is responsible for providing comprehensive personal and professional support to the client. This role requires a highly organized and tech-savvy individual who can manage a new office in Palm Beach, Florida, while also coordinating with the client's other residences in Greenwich, Connecticut, and New York City. The position demands discretion, independence, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the new Palm Beach office, including setup, vendor coordination, and general office management.
  • Serve as the client's gatekeeper, managing communications and ensuring all matters are handled with discretion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including private jets, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Liaise with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure the home and office are running smoothly.
  • Provide tech support, including managing digital devices, troubleshooting, and liaising with IT professionals.
  • Maintain records, track expenses, and manage budgeting for personal and business-related expenses.
  • Assist with special projects, event planning, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to a UHNW individual is preferred.
  • Highly proficient with technology, including managing multiple digital devices, software, and apps.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a new office location with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
