The Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer by managing a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. This position requires a highly resourceful team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities and exercising good judgment in various situations. Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. The Executive Assistant will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that may be confidential, and maintaining executive files. The role also involves arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, as well as compiling documents for travel-related meetings. The Executive Assistant will anticipate the executives' needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing these issues. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will represent the executives by welcoming visitors, arranging company dinners and other corporate functions, and answering questions directed to the executive office. This position requires a polished professional with significant experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Company start-up experience is preferred. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for improving quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, as well as managing external contacts and Board of Directors related activities with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
