We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. You will also be responsible for proofreading and formatting documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Handling phone calls with professionalism and discretion is essential, as is the ability to coordinate and plan events as needed. Additionally, you will maintain and organize both physical and digital files, manage the CEO's calendar to ensure all appointments are scheduled effectively, and transcribe notes and documents accurately. Proficiency in software such as DocuSign and Outlook Calendar is required to perform these tasks efficiently.
