About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring that the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly and effectively. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require a high level of organization and attention to detail. In this position, you will assist the CEO in daily tasks, which include managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. You will also be responsible for proofreading and formatting documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Handling phone calls with professionalism and discretion is essential, as is the ability to coordinate and plan events as needed. Additionally, you will maintain and organize both physical and digital files, manage the CEO's calendar to ensure all appointments are scheduled effectively, and transcribe notes and documents accurately. Proficiency in software such as DocuSign and Outlook Calendar is required to perform these tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with exceptional phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in calendar management and event planning is a plus
