About the position

The Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in supporting the CEO of a leading FinTech start-up. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding the CEO's professional and personal matters. The assistant will manage a complex calendar, travel arrangements, and communications, while also building relationships on behalf of the CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication skills to effectively navigate the demands of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex calendar including client meetings, teleconferences, C-Level board meetings, and personal appointments.
  • Book domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO and family with thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Handle all communications, organize and prioritize documents, emails, and sensitive information, ensuring required actions are addressed.
  • Establish strong relationships with key internal and external partners to the CEO.
  • Liaise with board members, plan board meetings and events, and distribute meeting materials.
  • Manage all expenses for the CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7-15+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including experience supporting a CEO.
  • Proficient in using the latest technologies for communication and management.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Goal-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to anticipate executive's needs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Discreet nature with strong judgment skills.
  • Accessibility and flexibility to support the CEO outside of core business hours.
