About the position

The Executive & Personal Assistant to the Founder/CEO is a dynamic and challenging role focused on enhancing the effectiveness of a fast-paced entrepreneur. This position involves managing both personal and business tasks, protecting the CEO's time and interests, and facilitating various projects across multiple companies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment, demonstrating accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and prioritizing ongoing tasks for both personal and business needs.
  • Managing digital organization across various software platforms, including Google Drive.
  • Coordinating travel and managing calendars for the CEO and others.
  • Planning and organizing events with local companies.
  • Maintaining and organizing the office environment.
  • Creating and maintaining digital assets such as sheets, documents, and presentations.
  • Conducting online research and interacting with various entrepreneurs.
  • Assisting with real estate management and acquisition under guidance.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience supporting an entrepreneur or C-Level Executive.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Desire to own tasks and their outcomes, including after-hours responsibilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and high energy.
  • Hyper-responsiveness and amazing attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing high-level social events.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Strong writing skills with great spelling and grammar.
