About the position

The Executive/Personal Assistant will support the CEO and COO of Pennington Wealth Management by managing personal and household tasks, as well as providing administrative assistance in the office. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining a well-managed household and assisting with various errands and events. The position is part-time, ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week, depending on the family's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the CEO's and COO's family personal needs.
  • Assist with office tasks when household needs are light.
  • Run errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and pharmacy trips.
  • Manage household supplies and vendor scheduling.
  • Plan and organize events such as philanthropic gatherings and dinners.
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management and mail processing.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in production (events/media) or hospitality.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
