About the position

The Executive Personal Assistant will serve as a Private Household Manager for a High Net Worth (HNW) family in Fort Myers, FL. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to managing daily operations and special events, and the ability to maintain high standards of service. The assistant will oversee household management, event coordination, and vendor relations, ensuring smooth operations within the household.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and complete complex projects with excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and attention to detail.
  • Manage the household's daily schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and prompt task completion.
  • Oversee household budgets, including purchases, maintenance expenses, and event-related costs.
  • Utilize computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other software, to manage schedules, budgets, and event planning.
  • Coordinate event planning and execution, including holiday parties, social gatherings, and family events.
  • Handle logistics, vendor management, and any necessary troubleshooting.
  • Maintain household supplies, including groceries, toiletries, and cleaning products, while effectively managing inventory.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with phone applications, email accounts, Amazon, and home IT systems as needed.
  • Organize appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements to meet family needs.
  • Handle administrative duties, including managing mail, email, scheduling, and electronic filing.
  • Receive, organize, and manage daily packages and deliveries.
  • Execute errands, handle gifts, and respond to tasks as they arise.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with HNW families and familiarity with local services in Fort Myers, FL.
  • Strong attention to detail, dedication to service, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to the household's dynamic environment.
  • Superior organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and other relevant software for managing events, budgets, and household logistics.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating events and holiday parties, with strong vendor management skills.
  • Demonstrated longevity in previous positions and an interest in a long-term role.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and successfully complete a background check.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
