We are seeking a versatile and adaptable Personal/Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy professional. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to make independent decisions, and the agility to adapt quickly to evolving tasks and responsibilities. Comfort with dogs and dog care experience, including walking and boarding, is necessary. Previous experience as an assistant is a significant advantage. This position requires outstanding communication skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing various tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. The assistant will prioritize and respond to incoming communications, including emails, calls, and mail. The role also involves demonstrating the ability to make independent decisions on behalf of the employer when necessary, exercising sound judgment and considering relevant factors. The assistant must quickly adjust to changes in schedules, priorities, and tasks, and be prepared to assist in various areas within a medical business environment and other domains as required. Anticipating needs and proactively addressing them to ensure smooth operations is crucial. Basic medical knowledge is required to provide support in tasks related to a medical business, such as handling medical documents, assisting in organizing medical supplies, or liaising with medical professionals. Experience in phlebotomy is highly advantageous and may involve tasks such as blood sample collection, handling, and processing. The assistant will also be responsible for dog care, including walking, feeding, and providing companionship. Performing various errands, including shopping, picking up/dropping off items, or handling miscellaneous tasks as required is also part of the job. Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and exercising discretion in all interactions is essential. The assistant will serve as a liaison between the employer and other parties, both internal and external, communicating effectively and professionally in person, via phone, and through written correspondence.
