We are currently seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to support the CEO and COO with their family personal needs and to assist in office tasks when household responsibilities are light. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills, along with exceptional time management and administrative abilities. This position requires someone who is tech-savvy, particularly with Microsoft Office and social media platforms, and who has reliable transportation for light travel throughout the Houston area. The role is expected to be between 30-40 hours a week, depending on the family's needs, and includes various responsibilities ranging from errands to household management and event planning. The Executive/Personal Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including running errands, managing household supplies, scheduling vendors, and maintaining an organized household. Additionally, the role involves personal lifestyle management such as managing calendars, making appointments, and planning events. The candidate should have a strong background in administrative support, with a minimum of five years of experience as an estate or house manager, executive or personal assistant, or chief of staff for private families or executives. Previous experience in production or hospitality is a plus.
