About the position

The Executive Personal Assistant will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth household and operations management. This part-time role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with exceptional customer service skills and strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules and appointments using Outlook Calendar.
  • Coordinate projects and events, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Handle correspondence, including proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation using tools such as DocuSign for electronic signatures.
  • Perform general office tasks such as typing, data entry, and maintaining computer literacy across various software applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience serving as a driver when needed.
  • Experience serving as the point of contact for small home projects to ensure work is carried out on time and as expected.
  • Experience carrying out ad-hoc tasks/errands such as picking up groceries, taking vehicles for servicing, and picking up mail.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar, along with strong computer literacy.
  • Experience in project coordination and event planning is preferred.
  • A keen eye for detail with strong proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

  • Willingness to travel 25% is preferred.
