About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team at Install Brick Pavers LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling events, and coordinating projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to work independently. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support to our team members. In this position, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that include transcribing meetings and documents, managing and maintaining calendars, and ensuring timely scheduling of appointments and events. You will also coordinate projects and events, which involves planning and execution to ensure everything runs smoothly. Utilizing Google Suite tools will be essential for maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective communication within the team. Additionally, you will assist with proofreading and editing documents and materials, ensuring that all communications are clear and professional. Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files will be part of your daily tasks, as well as managing office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked. Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues is also a key aspect of this role, as you will be the first point of contact for many interactions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit documents
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Experience in executive administrative support (1 year preferred)
  • Proficiency in Portuguese
