About the position

Prosthodontics of Texas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations between the company owner and a variety of vendors and business collaborators. This role requires a professional individual who is well-versed in business operations, has excellent computer skills, and is able to multitask with ease. The ideal candidate will embody our goal of providing professional service with excellence and a healthy dose of fun. As a Personal Assistant, you will be the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, and answering calls. You will act as a spokesperson for the client on important matters and provide administrative support. Your responsibilities will include making administrative decisions and taking action in the client's absence, conserving the client's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications. Additionally, you will coordinate projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates. Preparing meeting rooms for appointments, coordinating schedules, and greeting customers and clients prior to meetings will also be part of your duties. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule

  • Ability to interact with high-profile clients and executives
  • Client services experience
  • Strong understanding of office software and computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
