About the position

The Executive Personal Driver is responsible for providing exceptional transportation services to an esteemed Executive, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction during every journey. This role requires a commitment to excellence and attention to detail to enhance the overall travel experience, making each ride seamless and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Consulting maps or navigation devices for desired routes, safest routes, etc. for executive travel.
• Maintaining general awareness of traffic issues, road closures, and specific planned events that may impede the executive's travel plans.
• Responsible for maintaining overall car cleanliness, scheduled maintenance, and notifying the Executive Assistant of needed service appointments (including state inspections).
• Demonstrating a neat and professional appearance, showcasing a high level of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Tracking petty cash expenses and providing receipts for approved expenditures.
• Occasionally lifting or carrying bags or suitcases.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Candidate must be willing and available to work on an 'on call' basis periodically or as a part of weekly work assignments.

Benefits
