About the position

The Executive Producer at Mighty Media Studios is responsible for overseeing the production and collaboration of large-scale broadcasts for high-profile clients, particularly in the gaming industry. This role involves managing the entire production process from concept to completion, ensuring that broadcasts are engaging and meet the expectations of the gaming community. The Executive Producer will work closely with various teams and partners to deliver high-quality content that informs and entertains audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of live broadcast events alongside the team.
• Oversee day-to-day production logistics and manage production processes.
• Establish and maintain efficient and balanced processes for live broadcasts that are repeatable across franchises and platforms.
• Work with the team, vendors, and external production companies to deliver creative, high-quality, and efficient solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, both internal and external.
• Help impact thought-leadership around the state of content creation, including trends related to content creators, game developers/publishers, and innovations in streaming technology.

Requirements

• Strong experience producing and managing large-scale high-quality broadcasts in the entertainment or games industries from treatment to delivery.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, creative communication, and project management skills.
• Deep knowledge, understanding and experience in video storytelling in the entertainment and/or video game industry.
