The Executive Protection Agent role at East Coast Protection, Inc. is a seasonal contract position focused on providing elite-level close protection services during the 2025 equestrian season in Wellington, Florida. Agents will work under the guidance of a Lead Protection Agent, ensuring the safety and comfort of high-profile clients at prestigious events. This role demands a tactical mindset, adherence to protocols, and the ability to operate effectively within a coordinated team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Actively perform executive protection services, maintaining constant situational awareness and proactively identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks.
  • Execute detailed protection protocols and change orders as provided by client management and the Lead Agent.
  • Operate with precision within a coordinated team of both armed and unarmed personnel.
  • Conduct comprehensive site assessments, implement strategic route planning, and establish emergency contingencies.
  • Demonstrate a humble, adaptive approach to training and operations, prioritizing client needs.
  • Uphold East Coast Protection's commitment to high-touch, client-centered service.
  • Maintain readiness to respond decisively in any emergency or security incident.

Requirements

  • Military or Law Enforcement experience is mandatory with proficiency in tactical operations.
  • Valid State of Florida Class D (Unarmed) and Class G (Armed) Security Licenses are required.
  • Candidates must be in optimal physical shape for sustained physical engagement.
  • Ability to work within a structured chain of command and follow directives closely.
  • Exemplary communication skills and dedication to client service.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous executive protection experience in high-profile settings.
  • Certifications in advanced defensive tactics, CPR/First Aid, or relevant specialties.
  • Familiarity with Wellington's event venues and high-profile security protocols.
