As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record in staffing sales and recruiting, ideally with at least two years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional presentation, and a passion for personal growth and continuous learning. You should be able to collaborate effectively with teams both in the office and across regional and national locations. A driven and competitive spirit, along with a team-oriented mindset, is essential for success in this role. Additionally, being an involved community member and having knowledge of various recruiting methods will be beneficial. We value out-of-the-box strategic thinking and social recruiting experience as key attributes for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent for various sectors including Finance, Oil & Gas, Information Technology, and Manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses.
  • Utilize various recruiting methods to source candidates effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in staffing sales or recruiting.
