Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own book of business.
- Run a full life cycle recruiting desk.

- Collaborate with team members in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience or 6 months of recruiting experience.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Resourceful and inquisitive nature.
- Ability to write professional emails and catchy ads.
- Motivated to succeed and drive results.
- Comfortable communicating with diverse individuals.
