About the position

The Executive Recruiter at Guidehouse is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting top executive talent into active candidates. This role involves managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing to negotiation, while ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders involved. The recruiter will utilize innovative methods and technology tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in recruiting, while also building long-term relationships with candidates and internal clients. The position requires a strategic approach to recruiting, with a focus on client relationship management and talent assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for top executive talent and convert them into active candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Deliver the Guidehouse recruiting experience to all stakeholders, including Segment Leadership and external candidates.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to meet recruiting metrics and ensure quality results.
  • Enhance innovation and efficiency in recruiting processes using technology tools and analytics.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and internal clients, promoting the Guidehouse brand.
  • Develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies for each client or assigned search.
  • Utilize Guidehouse's network to maximize employee referrals and generate a diverse slate of candidates.
  • Monitor and assess candidates through the Candidate Selection Interview Framework.
  • Communicate effectively with various audiences, representing Guidehouse with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 8+ years of relevant full-cycle executive recruiting experience.
  • 12+ years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience managing a workload of 15+ requisitions at a time.
  • Highly proficient in web-based research for market and talent intelligence.
  • Client service consultative mindset with acumen in talent sourcing programs.
  • Exceptional candidate relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated history of sourcing/hiring Partner/Vice President level hires.

Nice-to-haves

  • Education Certification in internet recruiting (AIRS CIR, ACIR, CSSR; CPSP).
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CRM/ATS technology (Workday Recruiting a plus).
  • Full cycle recruiting business partner experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy, Sustainability, or State & Local subject matter expertise.
  • Sales experience.
