Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment strategies and manage client relationships for key business functions.
• Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Source passive candidates and provide diverse candidate slates.
• Interview, evaluate, and recommend candidates for various roles.
• Provide recruitment and customer service for multiple client groups.
• Collaborate with teams to define position requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver research-oriented talent mappings and insights projects.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels with recruiters and candidates.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in Workday and CRM databases.
• Build and maintain active CRM talent pools.
• Codify and govern sourcing best practices and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of recruitment experience
• 25+% of experience in one functional segment
• 25+% of experience in Director-plus and/or Retained recruitment
• 25+% of experience in client-facing roles

• Experience at in-house corporations
