About The Position
The Senior Manager - Senior Leader Recruitment is responsible for leading strategic recruitment efforts for key positions across the company, particularly for senior leadership roles. This role involves close collaboration with C-suite executives and Business HR partners to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and enhance the overall recruitment process.
