About the position

The Executive Sales Assistant at Influential plays a crucial role in supporting the West Coast sales team by coordinating client accounts and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams. This hybrid position requires a dynamic individual who can manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and client interactions while contributing to the overall success of influencer marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling meetings and conference calls, and stay on top of necessary follow-ups.
• Arrange travel plans, schedule itineraries, trip agendas, and prepare monthly expense reports.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and key success factors essential for crafting winning proposals.
• Facilitate the scheduling of meetings and coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capture comprehensive notes during client meetings, meticulously documenting essential details of proposals or campaigns for future reference.
• Understand client needs and goals to ensure optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction.
• Assist on all operational needs, including Salesforce related reporting and client requests.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and utilize dashboard reporting.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience working in social, digital, online or advertising environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal teams.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.
• Knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
