The Executive Sales Assistant will also serve as a liaison between the Cliffs Resident Outreach and corporate departments, such as Marketing, Membership, and HR. This position involves managing compliance with Marketing State Registration, coordinating calendars for meetings and appointments, and preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office. The assistant will be expected to audit and distribute database reports, prepare materials for various meetings, and contribute to a high-quality service experience for clients and prospects. Furthermore, the role includes making travel arrangements, coordinating sales meetings and training events, and curating team-building activities. The Executive Sales Assistant will assist in long-term strategic planning for Cliffs Realty and Cliffs Property Management, acting as a point of contact when the executive is out of the office.
