About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Sales Assistant that will play a pivotal role in supporting the Vice President of Sales and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Vice President of Sales in achieving their targets, coordinating hospitality-related activities, and ensuring that all client interactions are handled with professionalism and care. The Executive Sales Assistant will provide administrative support to the Vice President of Sales, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the preparation of dealer documentation, presentations, and contracts. Acting as a point of contact for clients, the assistant will address inquiries and provide information about our products and services. Coordination of hospitality arrangements for clients is a key responsibility, which includes booking accommodations, arranging transportation, and organizing entertainment. The Executive Sales Assistant will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of hospitality-related events and activities, maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and hospitality expenses, and assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments is also essential. The role may involve handling special projects as needed to support the sales team and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Sales, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings.
