The Executive Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales department at Pikus 3D, LLC, ensuring that daily sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position works closely with the Vice President of Key Accounts, acting as a key liaison between the sales executive, customers, and other departments within the organization. The Executive Sales Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks that support sales activities, including administrative support, customer communication, and project coordination. In this role, the Executive Sales Assistant provides comprehensive support to the sales executive, managing and prioritizing emails, calls, and other correspondence to ensure effective communication with customers and stakeholders. The assistant handles inquiries and provides customer support, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the planning and execution of sales events, deliverables, presentations, and conferences, which are essential for maintaining strong client relationships and promoting the company's products. The Executive Sales Assistant is also responsible for tracking deal and project progress, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure that tasks are completed on time. This position requires a proactive approach, as the assistant must identify opportunities for optimizing processes and improving client relationships.
