About the position

The Executive Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales department at Pikus 3D, LLC, ensuring that daily sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position works closely with the Vice President of Key Accounts, acting as a key liaison between the sales executive, customers, and other departments within the organization. The Executive Sales Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks that support sales activities, including administrative support, customer communication, and project coordination. In this role, the Executive Sales Assistant provides comprehensive support to the sales executive, managing and prioritizing emails, calls, and other correspondence to ensure effective communication with customers and stakeholders. The assistant handles inquiries and provides customer support, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the planning and execution of sales events, deliverables, presentations, and conferences, which are essential for maintaining strong client relationships and promoting the company's products. The Executive Sales Assistant is also responsible for tracking deal and project progress, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure that tasks are completed on time. This position requires a proactive approach, as the assistant must identify opportunities for optimizing processes and improving client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive support to the sales executive
  • Manages and prioritizes emails, calls, and other correspondence to customers and stakeholders
  • Handles inquiries and provides customer support and service
  • Assists in the planning and execution of sales events, deliverables, presentations, and conferences
  • Tracks deal and project progress, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Supports sales efforts by drafting deliverables as needed for presentations and customer meetings

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Familiar with CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and highly coachable
