About the position
The Executive Search Consultant will lead in-house recruitment processes for executive positions at Philips, serving as a strategic talent advisor. This role focuses on building relationships with executive-level hiring managers, developing tailored recruitment strategies, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for candidates and stakeholders. The consultant will identify and assess top talent, build diverse executive pipelines, and partner with various internal teams throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive-level hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand executive hiring needs.
- Nurture relationships with executive talent and engage business leaders to ensure healthy candidate pipelines.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies for client portfolios and execute them using knowledge of talent pools.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Lead and deliver seamless executive search processes to attract, assess, select, and onboard executive talent.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate executive recruitment, preferably in a global matrixed environment.
- Proven experience assessing executive level talent.
- Experience in executive level offer negotiation and development.
- Ability to foster collaborative working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment with ambiguity.
- Deep business acumen and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Master's degree in a related field.
