Red Creek Cardiology is seeking an Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief of Cardiology and the Practice Manager. This role is pivotal in managing the calendars and coordinating meetings for both leaders, ensuring that all scheduling is handled with precision and confidentiality. The Executive Secretary will maintain a high level of discretion and independent decision-making, which is essential in a medical environment where patient confidentiality is paramount. In addition to calendar management, the Executive Secretary will assist in the daily operations of the department by coordinating non-clinical practice activities.
