About the position

The Executive Secretary at CHOC provides essential administrative support to company executives, ensuring efficient operations through research, report preparation, and clerical functions. This role is pivotal in managing communication, scheduling, and information flow within the organization, contributing to the overall health of the community's pediatric population.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to company executives.
  • Conduct research and prepare statistical reports.
  • Handle information requests and perform clerical functions.
  • Prepare correspondence and receive visitors.
  • Arrange conference calls and schedule meetings for executives.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of administrative experience supporting one or more Managers or Directors.
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to appropriately prioritize.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience supporting one or more executives.
  • Previous healthcare experience.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree.
