About the position

Trinity Home Rewards is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Secretary to support the President of the company. This key role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within our dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a crucial liaison between the President and various stakeholders, requiring outstanding organizational abilities, discretion, and attention to detail. The Executive Secretary will manage the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. In addition to administrative support, the Executive Secretary will be responsible for drafting and managing correspondence, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. The role also involves organizing and preparing materials for meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure that all projects are on track. The Executive Secretary will assist with special projects and initiatives, providing research and administrative support as needed, while also overseeing office supplies and equipment to maintain a professional and organized office environment. This position requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience as an executive secretary or in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. A high level of professionalism, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential attributes for success in this role. An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities
