About The Position
Harvest Preparatory Academy is a K-12 Charter School located in Yuma and San Luis Arizona. We are currently accepting applications for a qualified Administrative Secretary for our District Office location. Harvest Preparatory Academy prides itself on excellence; we are looking for a candidate that will enhance our level of excellence and take pride in their work. This position will be working closely with our Executive Director and involves a fast-paced work environment. The Executive Secretary provides critical support to the Executive Offices of Harvest Preparatory Academy. This position works closely to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and provides clerical and administrative support. This position must have strong Microsoft Office, Typing, Oral and Written abilities.
