About the position

The Executive Staff Aide position at Right at Home involves providing in-home care services to seniors and disabled adults in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The role focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring they maintain a good quality of life while remaining in their homes. Responsibilities

• Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, and dressing.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions or special diets.
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Perform housekeeping activities such as vacuuming, dusting, and laundry.
• Carry out patient-specific activities as taught by a Right at Home nurse, including medication reminders and incontinence care.

Requirements

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate.
• Valid NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Home Health Aide.
• Availability to take cases Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with at least 3 weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to accept all cases offered without exception.
• Valid driver's license and insured automobile required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in home health care.
