About the position

The Executive Support Ninja will provide exceptional support to company executives and clients in a casual office environment. This role requires a detail-oriented and positive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while working independently. The position involves customer service, order processing, inventory management, and various administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Process inbound phone and e-mail orders from accounts
  • Resolve routine customer service inquiries
  • Manage and organize product inventory and office supplies
  • Prepare shipping labels and pack goods securely for transportation to end users
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing shipments, including some heavy lifting
  • Perform varied tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, B2B, retail, eCommerce, or related fields
  • Professional phone manner and strong written communication skills
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years full-time work experience or equivalent education
