About the position

The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner at CVS Health is a senior-level role focused on leading strategic recruiting efforts for the Enterprise Search Team. This position involves full life-cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring leaders and HR business partners, and developing high-level recruiting strategies for senior and hard-to-fill positions. Responsibilities

  • Handle full life-cycle recruiting for senior-level positions.
  • Partner with hiring leaders and HR business partners to meet team goals and metrics.
  • Develop high-level recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Lead project teams and manage initiatives across the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Use data to solve recruiting problems and translate metrics into insights for stakeholders.
  • Improve recruiting processes and champion innovative ideas for talent acquisition.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring leader experience through effective communication and feedback.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and enhance the team's skill level.
  • Function as a subject matter expert for recruiting tools and resources.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • 2+ years of project management and TA technology expertise.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within a highly matrixed organization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in executive recruiting.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (in office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday).
  • Experience recruiting in corporate services such as HR, Compliance, Finance, Communications, Strategy, and Legal.
