About the position

The Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist at Morley is responsible for filling high-level positions for Fortune 500 client programs. This role involves facilitating the entire talent acquisition process, mentoring the talent acquisition team, and ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements. The position offers a hybrid work model after an initial on-site training period, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Actively fill high level/high profile positions for Fortune 500 client programs.
  • Facilitate the talent acquisition process including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Coach and mentor the talent acquisition team on processes and best practices.
  • Achieve staffing objectives by coordinating the full-cycle talent acquisition process.
  • Identify diverse potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Complete talent acquisition screening and select exceptional talent.
  • Extend and negotiate employment offers to selected candidates.
  • Assist HR partners with first-day procedures for new hires.
  • Stay current with HR talent acquisition legal topics and trends.
  • Develop strong relationships with the talent acquisition team and senior leadership.
  • Attend and facilitate job fairs and community events.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, policies, and laws in talent acquisition efforts.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates during the selection process.
  • Update talent acquisition documents and sources with current material.
  • Assist in selecting talent for internal roles at Morley.
  • Conduct new hire training for talent acquisition team members.
  • Assist in high volume talent acquisition production as needed.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of previous recruiting experience for large and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with proven mentorship and coaching skills.
  • Two or more years of experience with an applicant tracking system.
  • Experience filling management leadership or executive level positions.
  • Strong communication skills at both individual and group levels.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including early/late hours and weekends as needed.
  • Able to work on-site in Saginaw, Michigan when required.

  • Experience with iCIMS.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or extensive industry experience.
