Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive recruiting support for the Executive Talent Acquisition team with a focus on executive recruitment through excellent project management skills.
• Arrange interview logistics, including travel coordination, calendaring, and itinerary/agenda creation.
• Assist candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of university members, including senior leaders and external candidates.
• Perform daily activities such as correspondence, administrative support, and team meeting coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of relevant experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Four to eight years of relevant experience preferred, including managing calendars and itinerary creation.
• Experience with Ohio State travel systems.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and Workday.
• Experience with social media tools.
• Experience conducting phone screens, interviews, and reference checks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience coordinating travel and logistics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
