As the Executive Team Leader Human Resources at Target, you will play a pivotal role in championing change and building diverse and inclusive talent strategies that align with our guest-centric mission. Your ability to support business leaders through coaching and consulting will be crucial in growing the business and developing their teams. You will also need to influence across various levels of the organization, from hourly team members to senior leaders. A typical day as an Executive Team Leader HR will involve leading a service culture that prioritizes guest service, demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and driving total store sales. You will plan and lead organizational changes, anticipate store trends, and assess competition to enhance the guest experience. Building a culture where teams love to work and guests love to shop will be a key focus, as will recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance. You will engage with the community, leveraging gift cards and volunteer accounts to enhance brand awareness and promote volunteerism among team members. Additionally, you will support the leadership team in creating equitable experiences and fostering a culture of inclusivity. Your role will also involve developing HR Experts and Team Leaders who can effectively solve problems and engage team members with Target's purpose.
