As the Executive Team Leader Human Resources at Target, you will play a pivotal role in championing change and building diverse and inclusive talent strategies that align with our guest-centric mission. Your ability to coach and consult with business leaders will be crucial in growing the business and developing their teams. You will also need to influence across various levels of the organization, from hourly team members to senior leaders. A typical day as an Executive Team Leader HR will involve leading a service culture that prioritizes guest service, demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and driving total store sales. You will plan and lead organizational changes, anticipate store trends, and leverage guest insights to enhance the shopping experience.
