As an Executive Team Leader Overnight Inbound Operations at Target, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a seamless shopping experience. You will be responsible for managing the inbound operations of the store, which includes overseeing the processes of sorting, stocking, and backstocking products. You will also be responsible for creating a guest-obsessed culture, where the needs of the guests are prioritized, and their shopping experience is enhanced. This includes managing all General Merchandise backroom and sales floor areas, reviewing reports to identify gaps, and developing plans to address any issues. As a key carrier, you will follow all safety and compliance protocols, ensuring that your team adheres to these standards as well. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include anticipating staffing needs, talent planning, and recruiting both short and long-term. You will establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management, ensuring that your team is motivated and engaged in their work.
