Executive Technical Producer

About the position

Meta is seeking an Executive Technical Producer to work directly with our partners & stakeholders and support the production and technical aspects of their events. This position is part of the Enterprise Engineering organization, so candidates must be passionate about Technology, live customer service, and have the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the subject matter expertise required of tier-1 celebrity productions. Global travel is expected. This is a full-time position based in Fremont, CA.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with partners and stakeholders to support the production and technical aspects of their events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure high-quality event production

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical event production experience in a corporate and entertainment fields
• 4+ years of equipment operation experience in a live audience event environment
• 3+ years of experience working in a project management role
• 2+ years of experience operating Video Conferencing, Audio Conferencing, Local Audio Reinforcement, Video and Graphics Technologies (switching, and formatting)
• 2+ years of experience operating Video Recording and Camera Operation
• 2+ years of experience with Internet Broadcast Video Streaming
• 2+ years of experience with Network Infrastructure Assessment
• 2+ years of experience with Set design, and IT operations and Support
• 2+ years of experience with broadcast engineering and Live Streaming
• 2+ years of experience with vendor assessment and management
• 1+ years of experience working on international events
• Knowledge of the benefits of various event formats (i.e. Q&A, Training, Town Hall, Broadcast, etc.) and how to execute these formats
• Knowledge of technical event support system architectures
