About the position

As an Executive Territory Manager at Tribal Diagnostics, you will take on a senior leadership role, overseeing an expanded region and driving key strategic initiatives to maximize sales and market growth. Your expertise in managing large teams, developing strategic partnerships, and navigating complex client relationships will be critical to achieving revenue objectives and enhancing the company's presence in the market. This position involves not only managing the territory but also influencing high-level decisions and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assume executive-level responsibility for an expanded territory, setting ambitious revenue goals and strategic sales plans.
  • Identify and cultivate high-impact partnerships with key healthcare organizations, driving long-term revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the company’s market positioning and competitive strategy, including product offerings and service delivery.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets, setting the pace and performance standards for the broader sales team.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies that capture emerging opportunities and respond to evolving market trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with executive-level clients and decision-makers within the healthcare industry, acting as the primary point of contact for top-tier accounts.
  • Provide detailed market analysis, including competitor activity, customer needs, and industry developments, to guide senior management decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to enhance service offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of five years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a proven track record as a Senior Territory Manager or in a similar executive role.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in diagnostics, medical laboratory services, or related fields.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical laboratory services and the healthcare industry.
