The Chief Revenue Officer will focus on scaling and maintaining a world-class go-to-market (GTM) organization across sales, pre-sales, and customer success, ensuring efficient and high long-term growth. This role involves analyzing operating results, correcting performance shortfalls, and integrating teams and sales methodologies. The CRO will create and drive new operational structures to support the company's growth path, establish repeatable sales processes, and improve sales performance through effective goal setting and training programs. Building strong customer relationships and collaborating across the organization to enhance the buying experience are also key responsibilities.
