About the position

The Chief Revenue Officer will focus on scaling and maintaining a world-class go-to-market (GTM) organization across sales, pre-sales, and customer success, ensuring efficient and high long-term growth. This role involves analyzing operating results, correcting performance shortfalls, and integrating teams and sales methodologies. The CRO will create and drive new operational structures to support the company's growth path, establish repeatable sales processes, and improve sales performance through effective goal setting and training programs. Building strong customer relationships and collaborating across the organization to enhance the buying experience are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Scale and maintain a world-class GTM organization across sales, pre-sales, and customer success.
  • Analyze operating results and correct shortfalls in performance.
  • Create and drive new go-to-market operational structures.
  • Establish repeatable and scalable sales processes and reporting methodologies.
  • Align resources and assess organizational structure for innovative growth.
  • Improve sales performance through goals, quotas, and compensation plans.

  • Recruit, inspire, and lead the sales organization.

  • Experience implementing complex strategy and operational improvements.
  • Experience within a cloud-native, modern SaaS business.
  • Executive leadership experience within a global organization.
  • Agility to work across all levels of the organization.
