About the position

The Executive Vice President, Creative Director at Digitas Health is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the creative output across multiple accounts. This position aims to enhance brand awareness through innovative traditional and omnichannel media strategies. The role involves inspiring and managing creative teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering strong client relationships. The Executive Vice President will report directly to the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and will work in a hybrid environment, requiring three days in the office each week.

Responsibilities

• Establish vision for the entire creative department within the company's framework.
• Motivate and inspire the Creative department, providing strategic direction.
• Lead leaders of the Creative department to ensure delivery of exceptional work.
• Approve all creative work to gain comprehensive knowledge across categories.
• Build relationships with key client decision-makers at various management levels.
• Serve as a trusted expert and leader to clients and team members.
• Develop strong interdepartmental relationships to enhance communication and collaboration.
• Set standards for world-class, award-winning creative work.
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate talent within the Creative department.
• Understand business objectives to orchestrate team success effectively.
• Present compelling stories to new and existing clients.

Requirements

• 15+ years of agency experience.
• Strong managerial experience with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Inclusion in renowned awards shows is a plus.
