We provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to our clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. We are currently in 9 states with over 30 clinical service areas, and our roadmap will bring us to more than 50 clinical service areas over the next 12-24 months. We have the resources and talent usually found at a more mature organization, including fully staffed teams to support marketing, IT, accounting, and clinic growth. As the Executive Vice President of Operations, you will be at the forefront of critical business decisions and development. The EVP of Operations will oversee all current regions with the potential to support additional areas in the future. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will help us grow and successfully operate our centers. The EVP of Operations is responsible for overseeing, leading, and managing the performance within all regions while working cross-functionally with other department heads to ensure optimal efficiency. You will conduct business operations in alignment with our mission, vision, and core values, oversee performance, strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and insurance accreditation needs of the centers within each region. You will also manage overall operations across all regions with an effective business strategy and strategic direction for each center, collaborating with the C-Suite and direct reports to develop and implement plans for building operational infrastructure designed to accommodate the rapid growth of our organization.
