About the position

The Executive Virtual Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior-level managers at MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. This role involves managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports, contributing to the overall efficiency of the business. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently to ensure seamless daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Managing executive emails and scheduling meetings with timely reminders.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed schedules of events, appointments, and tasks.
  • Conducting thorough online research to support various projects and decision-making processes.
  • Writing and maintaining accurate records, compiling and distributing comprehensive reports.
  • Planning and coordinating events, as well as managing travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Office Administration or a Secretarial Diploma.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry, including understanding FCC regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity issues.
  • Proficiency in legal research databases and document management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication abilities and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in booking travel and making international travel arrangements.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
